Shorts: Shakespeare on Death

It’s time for the last instalment of Shakespeare Sunday’s with the last short Shakespeare on Death which is based on the Sonnets 71-74. The short features Calvin Demba (Hollyoaks and Youngers) as a young poet who is visiting the grave of his deceased lover. We are taken on a heartfelt journey as Demba’s character is looking to find forgiveness and peace with his visit to the graveyard. The cinematography helps to tell the story with close ups to highlight important lines within the monologue.
